Real Energy

Sweetened with organic maple, real fruit and coconut water — no stevia, erythritol or other zero-calorie alternatives. Natural sugars to help electrolyte absorption, keep energy stable and maintain a healthy cortisol response during exercise.

Wholefood Ingredients

Most electrolyte products are filled with synthetic minerals, unnecessary additives, and ingredients your body doesn't recognise. We kept it simple — only real ingredients that come from nature.

OUR INGREDIENTS

'Natural flavours' has become one of the most widely used, and least transparent, terms in the supplement industry. It can legally cover hundreds of compounds with no requirement to disclose the source. Real freeze dried fruit offers something entirely different. Genuine flavour derived directly from the fruit itself, along with its full spectrum of nutrients. Unlike spray drying, which typically requires maltodextrin or other carriers, freeze drying preserves up to 97% of the original nutrients, enzymes and antioxidants.

Coconut water is one of nature's best sources of potassium, critical for muscle function, nerve signalling and fluid balance. It also contributes naturally occurring sodium and magnesium. We use organic freeze dried coconut water rather than isolated mineral salts, so you're getting a broader nutrient profile alongside a great flavour.

Carbohydrates are essential for efficient electrolyte transport. Sodium and glucose share the same intestinal transporter, meaning sugar genuinely speeds up hydration. Simple sugars are your friend, especially when exercising and in need of extra minerals. We chose organic maple sugar for its natural sweetness and added trace mineral content.

Sodium is essential for hydration. It supports cellular hydration, nerve function and is the primary electrolyte lost through sweat. The problem is that many electrolyte products lean so heavily on sodium (often 800–1000mg per serve) that potassium, magnesium and calcium become an afterthought. We use Celtic sea salt as our sodium source, unrefined and naturally mineral rich, while keeping its dose measured and balanced alongside the other key electrolytes in the formula.

Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic functions in the body, playing a role in energy production, muscle recovery, blood sugar regulation and the stress response. It has become one of the most widely supplemented minerals, but most forms (glycinate, malate, citrate, etc.) require bonding to an amino acid or organic acid, which are typically synthetically produced at scale. Magnesium chloride requires no such bonding. It occurs naturally and is simply extracted from seawater, making it one of the most naturally derived forms available.

Most electrolyte powders overlook calcium entirely, yet it plays a critical role in muscle contraction, nerve signalling and fluid balance. Ours is sourced from Lithothamnion, a marine red algae harvested from the North Atlantic. It provides calcium in a natural, porous matrix alongside magnesium and over 70 other trace minerals, closer to how calcium exists in food.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Isn't no sugar better?

Grandma wasn't making low sugar, artificially sweetened homemade apple pies and ice cream, and neither are we. Natural sugar is pro-metabolic, and yet protein powders, lollies, bars and sports drinks are all removing the carbohydrates. Where is the energy? We're bringing real fuel back into the equation.

Aren't natural flavours... natural?

Barely. 'Natural flavours' is a broad legal term that can cover hundreds of undisclosed compounds. It is the supplement industry's favourite trick for keeping labels vague. Our ingredients and labels are purely direct and 100% transparent.

Another product has more minerals. Shouldn't I get that?

More isn't always better. Most products hit high mineral numbers by relying on synthetic isolates. Our minerals and nutrients come from real food and naturally sourced ingredients that your body actually recognises and can utilise effectively.

How many scoops should I take per day?

1 to 2 servings suit most people on a daily basis. Athletes or those doing intense exercise and heavy sweating can adjust accordingly.

Do you ship overseas?

Not at this stage. We are currently Australia only, but international shipping is on the roadmap.
